When you’re working harder for less money, and constantly putting out fires…

You start your day in the ticket queue and end in your inbox. Priorities swing. Sales feel fragile. Decisions still route through you, and without a simple weekly scoreboard, you’re flying blind while the important work gets pushed. Without a steady rhythm and leaders you can count on, you stay in response mode. Evenings creep later, headspace shrinks, and it starts to take a toll on your energy and family time. You know the business can feel calmer—and grow steadier—than this.

How i help You

High-touch coaching
that’s practical,
not theoretical

Many MSP CEOs hit a ceiling: margins slip, sales stall, and service quality gets harder to hold as the CEO keeps getting dragged back into operations. The work is stressful, isolating, and risky especially when key hiring or leadership moves could impact service quality.

So unlike peer groups or generic coaches, I go deep. You get operator-level coaching from someone who has built, scaled, and exited an MSP. This isn’t theory—it’s tested in the trenches.

1:1 CEO Coaching

Make more informed, confident decisions

A focused, operator-to-operator session each month to set priorities, make tough calls, and remove roadblocks. We’ll build a simple weekly rhythm and scoreboard so results get predictable—and your weeks feel calmer.

Leadership-Team Building

Together we hire, level up, and align your managers. We’ll tighten roles, meetings, and accountability so leaders own the day-to-day, quality stays high, and you’re no longer the bottleneck.

Targeted Half-Day Clinics

Quick wins that actually move the needle

Targeted, 3–4 hour clinics to fix one thing fast—scorecard build, quarterly plan, meeting cadence reset, hiring pipeline, manager 101, customer experience tune up. Practical, hands-on, and immediately usable by your team.

Leadership Coach to CEOs

About Brian Curtis

I founded my own MSP in 2001 and spent two decades building it from a one-person repair shop into a respected MSP across Vermont and New Hampshire. In 2024, I made a successful exit to private equity.

Today my mission is simple: help you replace firefighting with a steady operating system and a capable leadership team, so growth feels consistent and you get real time and energy back.

I do this work because most CEOs don’t need another playbook—they need a dedicated coach who will help them build leaders, protect quality, and make results predictable.

FAQ’s

Am I a good fit for this?

If you’re a founder-CEO of a growing MSP who’s outgrown peer groups, has (or needs) a few managers, and wants steadier results with less firefighting—you’re likely a fit. Not for early MSP’s where the founder wants to stay a tech.

Yes. We’ll start with you: clarify roles, identify the first key hire/level-up, and set a basic rhythm. The goal is a leadership bench that carries more of the load without risking quality.

No. Early work includes building a simple weekly scorecard (a handful of leading/lagging metrics) so you can finally see what’s working and make better calls—without living in spreadsheets.

Implementing EOS was extremely valuable to my business. I did, after a few years, find it lacking and have since found a superior system that better fits a growing MSP.

  • 75 Minutes 1:1, Level up your leadership skills, accountability and problem solving
  • 2 days annual planning, 1 day quarterly planning (onsite preferred).
  • I’m accessible when you need me

We will be working together under an annual agreement, scoped to your stage and goals. ROI usually shows up as clearer priorities (less rework), steadier delivery (less churn), leaders owning more (your time back), and numbers that make sense. We’ll map that out on our intro call.
